1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vandrelusa.com and any related content (the "Site"), which is operated by Vandrel Industries Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Vandrel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Vandrel, our products, and our work. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell or supply any product, and product information may change without notice. Any sale of Vandrel products is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

The Site does not host controlled technical data; any such data is shared only under separate, access-controlled agreements.

You grant Vandrel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use them for any purpose, without compensation or attribution. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
